Comfortable stay with nice amenities. bathroom cleanliness was a concern.

The staff was very accommodating when I called ahead to confirm my reservation. The location was easily accessible, which helped after a long day of travel with my family.

When we arrived late at night, we found out that they had no non-smoking rooms available as promised.

So I had to put up with some terrible trains screeching and interrupting what little sleep I could manage. The shower didn’t even work, and when I called the front desk, the guy just blew me off. You’d think they’d at least care about their guests, but nope.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess acceptable given the circumstances.
